The passion and the idea of quality of Massimo Bonaccorsi were the reasons that in 1971, gave life to the tannery MIURA. The willpower, the entrepreneurial spirit and the desire to succeed lead the young company to produce basic products for footwear. After a short time, an intuition of Bonaccorsi, led the MIURA to direct its leather towards the high range. “The assets of our tannery are our employees” explains Massimo Bonaccorsi “… or rather, their hands! Because it is their hands and their passion that create new items every day rich in added value. “
The 2000s see significant investments. The company is being restructured. A part totally dedicated to the showroom is created where customers can feel the scent of real leather and touch the wide range of products. From time to time, so much has been done. With the dedication, the passion and the savoir faire of the workers, the quality has continuously evolved.
From 2018 MIURA tannery joins the Peretti Group, world leader in the production of leather goods, footwear, furniture and automotive.
Today MIURA is one of the main Italian players in the sector. We collaborate with the best known “fashion & style” brands on an international level, such as the Kering group, LVMH, Richmond, Ferragamo, Chanel and many others, always looking with attention to the future.

Conceria Miura S.r.l :
headquarters: specialized in the production of calf leather for footwear and leather goods. The first to be founded and with an experience of more than 40 years.
Miura 2 :
in 2015, a few meters from the main office, the production department was expanded with a new and large plant.
Diablo :
located in Ponte a Egola (PI) within the tanning district, it is the place dedicated to painting. The products that come out of this company are rich in imagination and technology.
