… a production process that

Tanning: The tanning is the processing phase that most characterizes us and to which we pay a lot of attention. The skins are subjected to this treatment in order to preserve and process them.
It is one of the most important phases of the entire production process.
Riconcia and Dyeing: the raw material, which has already been subjected to a first tanning, is subsequently greased and brought to leather. This operation is carried out inside large wooden barrels called bottals or in modern industrial washing machines.
Finishing: The skin is then finished.
The finish gives the processed leather the characteristics of brilliance, color and appearance desired.
In this phase we deal not only with the sprinkling of the leather but also and above all with the selection and final preparation.
Testing: Once finished, the skins are trimmed, selected, measured and ready for sale.
